Cherry Wood Music values clear communication and mutual respect. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking lessons or performance services.

Music Lessons

• Lesson fees are non-refundable once a lesson has taken place.

• Makeup lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Event & Performance Services

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure event dates.

• If an event is canceled by the client, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the event date.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

• In the unlikely event that Cherry Wood Music must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full.

Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to illness, emergencies, or extraordinary circumstances. Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Cherry Wood Music.
